Meet DIVERSA at Farmaforum 2026 in Madrid
We are pleased to announce that DIVERSA will be attending Farmaforum 2026, taking place on September 22–23 at IFEMA Madrid.
Representing DIVERSA will be Abi Vázquez, PhD, Co-Founder & COO, and Paula Martínez, Brand & Scientific Partnership Manager, who will be available throughout the event to meet companies and partners interested in lipid-based nanotechnology for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic and nutraceutical applications.

On September 22 at 15:30, Abi Vázquez will participate in the round table:
“Secondary Packaging of Sensitive Products”
The discussion will explore the growing challenges associated with increasingly complex and sensitive pharmaceutical products.
From DIVERSA’s perspective, Abi will contribute insights from advanced formulation and drug delivery, discussing how stability, storage, transport and handling requirements can influence the development of new formulations and delivery systems from an early stage.
Lipid-based nanotechnology for advanced formulations
At DIVERSA, we develop lipid-based nanotechnology solutions for the formulation, protection and delivery of different molecules and active ingredients, including nucleic acids, proteins, peptides and small molecules.
Our approach combines proprietary lipid technologies with formulation development and optimization, allowing us to address the specific challenges of each cargo and application.
Farmaforum will be an opportunity to discuss new projects, formulation challenges and potential collaborations with companies working across pharmaceutical and biotech R&D.
Expanding into cosmetics and nutraceuticals
We will also be introducing Sphirence, a new DIVERSA brand focused on applying our lipid-based technology to natural and functional ingredients for cosmetic and nutraceutical applications.
Sphirence is designed to address common formulation challenges such as stability, oxidation, solubility and ingredient protection, helping unlock new possibilities for sensitive and complex active ingredients.
Paula Martínez will be particularly focused on connecting with companies working in cosmetics, nutraceuticals and functional ingredients, and exploring new scientific and commercial partnerships.
